We don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site, and we don't collect any personal information simply by your browsing it.

The room listings shown on this site (photos, suburb, price, availability) describe properties we manage, not visitors — the exact street address of each property is deliberately withheld from public listings for the safety of current residents.

2. How We Use Your Information

When you submit the Contact form, its contents are posted directly to our team's internal Slack channel so we can respond to your enquiry. We don't store submissions in a separate database, sell them, or use them for marketing.

3. Tenant Portal

If you're an existing resident, our Tenant Portal is a separate system used for maintenance requests, rent, and account management. It's operated independently of this website — if you have questions about the data it holds, please contact us using the details below.

4. Third-Party Services

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Contact form submissions are delivered to our team using Slack. We don't share the information you submit with any other third party.

5. Data Retention

We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to respond to it and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@otherhome.org.

7. Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
